Great service from Capital Car Finance. Having decided on what type of car I wanted I didn't really have the time to spend trawling round dealers and haggling over price so I wanted to find a broker who could do that for me and arrange all the finance.
I discovered the Capital Car Finance website, which was well structured and professional, and this led me to asking for a quote. Paul Brimble called me back within minutes, he went off to source a car from BMW and get some quotes and within 24 hours everything was lined up - my preferred car, with a decent discount off list price, a very competitively priced finance package and most importantly, a delivery date which I had requested which was a mere two and half weeks from initial inquiry.
Overall, I'm very happy with everything, Paul was professional, responsive, proactive and made the whole process run smoothly. I fully expect to be using Capital Car Finance to source my next new car!

Despite the fact that I was very pedantic and particularly choosy about the specifications for this car, I was very impressed when you found exactly what I was looking for – it can’t have been easy! The service from yourself and the other members of the team at Capital Car Finance was first class, there was never any hint of impatience or annoyance when I refused to budge on certain specifications – you just kept on looking!
It was also very professional to make the courtesy call after completion of the sale, when really it is no longer your responsibility. I would certainly recommend the company to other people, a job well done! Thanks.

The website was extremely clear and helpful and prompted me to ring for an actual quotation. Mark Williams could not have been more helpful and patient with all my questions. We had already sourced the vehicle but needed to complete the purchase quickly, but still at a competitive cost, to enable us to take the vehicle on holiday within a week.
Mark followed through on all his promises and kept us updated all the way through the process, passing us over to Kevin when he was on leave. All the paperwork was completed in just two days and we were able to take possession of the vehicle two days before our holiday. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

I always wonder whether these testimonials are genuine, I can now believe they are! Over a period of approx 8 weeks, I asked for numerous quotes as I tried to decide what car to buy and how much to spend, and Capital always got back to me with a new quote within a few hours.
When I eventually settled on a deal, the paperwork was prompt, the funds transferred to my dealer almost instantly, which allowed me to collect my new car within a few days.
Furthermore, the quote was superb value. So much so that the dealer in question became quite annoyed at how much I was able to beat their quote by, not just for finance, but for Gap insurance too.

We had already found the car we wanted at a dealership so used Capital Car Finance to get the finance for the car. The dealers told us we would not be able to get the finance any cheaper than what they were offering, but Capital Car Finance came in nearly £30 a month cheaper! Which was just brilliant!

The service from Capital Car Finance and Paul Brimble was fantastic - even the dealer said he had never dealt with a company who worked so fast.
From initial website query to speaking with Paul to picking up the car took less than a week - not bad in these days of offshore call centres and poor service.
The website is very clear and easy to use, and was a big factor in my deciding to go with CCF. There's nothing like a badly designed or ill-functioning website to turn me off to a company. CCF's site does them credit.
I can't recomend CCF highly enough: clearly explained options, brilliant rates and superb speedy service - does it get any better than that?

You’re probably like I was, your right now trawling the websites and search engines looking for a decent finance deal or a great deal on a new car. And I bet you’re also wondering like I did who are these guys and are they any good?
Well take it from me Capital Car Finance are great to deal with, it’s all too easy now days to complain when something goes wrong (and rightly so) but these guys are an exception to the rule when it comes to good deals and brilliant customer service.
Right from the start my enquiry was met with professional, friendly, non pressurising advice. My wife and I decided to go with these guys and the whole process was a real breeze, Mark and Kevin (in Mark’s absence) kept me up to date on a regular basis on what was going on with our application, and no question no matter how trivial was too much trouble for Mark Williams, he managed to complete the finance on our Audi A3 in a very short space of time and more importantly saved us a good deal of money on the finance deal.
I’d say don’t bother with the rest because these guys do genuinely want your business and it shows…and they deliver. I know I’ll be back for my new car later this year!

The guys (Paul, Kevin & Mark) at CCF are the epitome of great customer service!!
They explained everything at everystep of the way making my purchase painless and of course were significantly under the dealer rates.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone and will of course use them again in the future. If only I had discovered them before.

Would recommend that you try to give more official quotes showing all the breakdowns, or even do a quoting system on your web page, just like the one from http://www.car-finance.net/finance/. This I found exceptionally good if I had not stumbled across you guys via a Google search I would be doing business with them, they were my first choice till I found you guys and their final quote on our BM was only £2 more expensive than you (Residual was £420 more)
I found it a little disconcerting not having a paper quote from you right the way through our deal, when I did not even have to ask from all the other companies I approached, before I knew it they were either e-mailed of in the post.

I have to say that i have been refreshed with the personal customer service Kevin has shown whilst dealing with my account. On a daily basis i have received calls from Kevin providing an update on the progress of my finance application. After the finance was approved he joined a conference call with my dealer to ensure that all requirements were communicated effectively. The communication was in my opinion excellent and the service close to perfection! Thank you Capital Car and thanks Kevin.

The whole process was dealt with in an extremely professional and prompt manner. (Instructions given on Monday, funds transferred on Friday, car collected on Saturday)

I was very pleased with the service I received from Capital Car Finance, particularly Paul Brimble. I had a fast response to my initial inquiry and Paul gave me sound advice about choosing a car. When I requested new quotations these were promptly sent.
Paul ensured that the transaction would go through on the delivery date even with the postal strike going on.
I received excellent customer service and would recommend your company to friends. I will however, not be recommending the Audi dealership I purchased my car from as their customer service was extremely poor for a prestige car dealership.

I am delighted with my new car & the service that I received from Capital Car Finance was efficient. & professional.
This was my first attempt at dealing online & I was rather daunted at the prospect, However, CCF's representative (Paul) was just so helpful.

At first we were very conscious about using a finance company to purchase our cars. Michael (my Son) wanted his car (Audi) from an authorised dealer and wanted to collect the car himself. I also wanted the same for my car (BMW).
However we were assured that our cars would come from an authorised Audi and BMW dealership and that we would be able to deal with them directly after making the order. The process was explained to us in detail and we felt confident in ordering our cars this way.
My Son ordered his Audi and had finance through Capital Car Finance and they were able to give him a really good deal on both the finance and on his car. He was really impressed with the service we got from Capital Car Finance and he preferred this service to the service we received in the local dealership.
I only ordered my BMW through Capital Car Finance and I paid the full amount to the dealer. However I still received outstanding service and it was a really fast and easy way of ordering my car.
When we collected our cars we thought that we might not get treated like normal customers who had purchased their cars through the dealers. However we were once again mistaken. We were treated really well by the dealers at both Audi and BMW and we were given the full Audi and BMW customer experience. We were greeted with smiles and we were given the dealers full attention. The BMW manager responsible for our order even came in on a Sunday which was his day off so that he could hand over the car in person. Also from day one of the order being placed the dealership contacted us directly and went through our orders and made sure that we were happy. They kept in contact with us and they were helpful and easy to deal with.
We have had such a good experience with Capital Car Finance that we would recommend this way of ordering a car. In the future this is the way we will use to order our cars.

Initially after being quoted by Lexus Financial services I looked for an alternative quote and although I'd heard about Capital Car Finance, I found the website via a google search.
The site was very informative and easy to navigate. Upon telephoning I was impressed with the product knowledge and explanations given on varying ways to fund my new vehicle. I decided on a Lease Purchase finance Scheme.
From start to finish it was all arranged efficiently, documents were sent out on to me on time and where applicable returned prompty. Liasion with my dealer Lexus Leeds at all times was equally impressive and was commented on by the salesperson when my vehicle was handed over to me, more importantly, the funds were in place on time to enable me to collect my new car.
Overall a very impressive service, on each occassion staff were polite and helpful, I would recommend Capital Car Finance to anyone who's thinking about financing there new vehicle independently and most importantly they were considerabley cheaper than the main dealer.

Very happy indeed! Mark Williams was very efficient, responsive and made the whole process painless. In addition to that he also got me the best rate out of several companies, and the £299 fee is well worth it as I saved much more than that over the life of the loan.
So good, in fact, that the dealer I bought the car from is going to start using and recommending Capital Car Finance now instead of their previous finance company, so make sure you give Mark a bonus!!!
Only small gripe is that it would be useful to have an online quoting tool on the website for loans only as opposed to car purchases.

Capital car finance were fantastic, apart from the fact that they saved me over £40 per month, they were extremely friendly and helpful. Considering we had never met, Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. I was probably only one in hundreds of customers but the service was so personal. He helped me get the car I wanted, rather than the car I could afford!

I used the service to find the best cash price from a UK main dealer. Capital Car Finance has a tie in to all the dealer networks on which dealers post what they'll really take for a set vehicle, rather than what they tell you in the showroom.
This costs £299 + vat but was worth every penny. My dealer started at nearly £28k but I ended up paying £25.5 so an overall saving of £2.5k. Even with hangling and paying the fee I reckon using Capital Car Finance saved me at least £700.
This was the first time I'd sold my old car on-line which was much easier than I expected. That got me an extra £800 over what the dealer offered.
All in all that's paid for a holiday.
With the ease of selling on-line using autotrader, eBay etc buying a new vehicle this way is surely the way to go.
Oh Yes nearly forgot.. the lads in the office at Capital Car Finance were really good. Nothing too much trouble.
Great experience can't recommend it enough.
