Capital Car Finance Limited are fully authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for consumer credit activity (FCA Registration Number 685925) We are a credit broker and not a lender, which means we act independently as an intermediary for a number of different finance providers.

As a credit broker (not a lender) our primary source of income is the commission we receive from our panel of lenders when a finance agreement is successfully arranged. This commission may be a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount borrowed. While commission levels can vary between lenders, they do not affect the interest rate you are offered. We will disclose the exact amount of commission payable to us before you enter into a finance agreement. In addition to this, depending on the supply route of your vehicle, we may charge a separate administration fee of £299 for our services. This fee is only payable once your application has been approved by our lender and you choose to proceed. Full details will be provided to you in good time before completion of your agreement. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over, Guarantees may be required.
